I've been a solo entrepreneur for a while. I've built a lot of websites and apps, and I've always had a problem with design.

I'm not a designer, and I don't have the budget to hire one. I've tried to learn design, but it's just not my thing. I'm a developer, and I love to code. I've always wanted to create good looking websites as fast as possible.

The biggest problem is always the design. Which color to use, where to put the stuff etc.

Perhaps this isn't such a big problem...

There are many websites on the internet with good designs. Why not just copy the style from one of these websites and make small changes to make it my own?

You can use the browser inspector to copy the CSS, but that's a lot of work. You'll have to copy each element one by one. Even worse, you'll have to go through the computed styles and copy the styles that are actually used.

I've tried to find a tool that can do this for me, but I couldn't find anything that worked well.

So I decided to build my own tool.

The result is DivMagic.

What is DivMagic?

DivMagic is a browser extension that allows developers to copy any element from any website with just a single click.

But that's not all. DivMagic seamlessly converts these web elements into clean, reusable code, be it Tailwind CSS or regular CSS.

With one click, you can copy the design of any website and paste it into your own project.

You can get reusable components. It works with HTML and JSX. You can even get Tailwind CSS classes.
